Whitwood is a small village located in the metropolitan borough of Wakefield, West Yorkshire. The village is situated between Castleford and Normanton and is home to a population of around 5,000 people. Whitwood is a relatively quiet and peaceful village, with a mix of residential and commercial properties.

One of the main attractions in Whitwood is the Junction 32 Outlet Shopping Village, which is located just off the M62 motorway.
