Welcome to Low Moor

Low Moor is a small village located in the metropolitan borough of Bradford, West Yorkshire. The village is situated on the A641 road, which connects Bradford to Huddersfield. Low Moor has a rich history, dating back to the 19th century when it was a thriving industrial town. The village was known for its coal mines, ironworks, and textile mills. Today, Low Moor is a quiet residential area with a population of around 5,000 people.

One of the most notable landmarks in Low Moor is the St. Mark's Church. The church was built in 1846 and is a Grade II listed building. It is a beautiful example of Victorian Gothic architecture and features stained glass windows, a bell tower, and a spire. The church is still in use today and is a popular venue for weddings and other events.

Low Moor is also home to a number of parks and green spaces. The most popular of these is the Low Moor Community Park, which was opened in 2013. The park covers an area of 22 acres and features a children's play area, a skate park, a football pitch, and a community garden. The park is a great place for families to spend time together and enjoy the outdoors.
