Welcome to New Oscott

New Oscott is a suburban area located in the West Midlands region of England. It is situated approximately 6 miles north of Birmingham city centre and is part of the Royal Town of Sutton Coldfield. The area is known for its excellent transport links, with easy access to the M6 motorway and the A38 dual carriageway. New Oscott is also served by several bus routes, making it easy to travel to and from the area.

One of the main attractions in New Oscott is the Princess Alice Retail Park, which is home to a range of popular stores and restaurants.
