Wappenbury is a small village located in the county of Warwickshire, England. It is situated approximately 5 miles east of the town of Leamington Spa and 7 miles south of Coventry. The village is surrounded by beautiful countryside and is home to a number of historic buildings, including the 12th-century St. John the Baptist Church.

The village of Wappenbury has a rich history dating back to the Roman era. The area was once home to a Roman settlement, and evidence of this can still be seen today in the form of Roman coins and pottery that have been found in the area. During the Middle Ages, Wappenbury was a thriving market town, and it was during this time that St. John the Baptist Church was built.
