Welcome to Admington

Admington is a small village located in the county of Warwickshire, England. It is situated approximately 5 miles south-west of the town of Stratford-upon-Avon and is surrounded by beautiful countryside. The village has a population of around 200 people and is known for its picturesque thatched cottages and historic church.

The village of Admington has a rich history dating back to the 11th century. The village was mentioned in the Domesday Book of 1086 and was owned by the Bishop of Worcester. The village was later owned by the Earls of Warwick and was a popular hunting ground for the nobility. Today, Admington is a peaceful and quiet village, with many of its historic buildings still standing.

One of the main attractions in Admington is the Church of St Mary the Virgin. The church dates back to the 12th century and is a Grade II listed building. It features a beautiful Norman doorway and a 14th-century font. The church is still in use today and is a popular destination for visitors to the village. Admington is also home to a number of walking trails, which take visitors through the beautiful countryside surrounding the village.
