Welcome to Frieston

Frieston is a small village located in the county of Lincolnshire, England. It is situated on the east coast of England, near the town of Boston. The village is known for its beautiful countryside, which is perfect for walking and cycling. The village is also home to a number of historic buildings, including the Grade II listed St. James' Church, which dates back to the 13th century.

One of the main attractions in Frieston is the Frieston Shore Nature Reserve. This reserve is home to a variety of wildlife, including birds, mammals, and reptiles. Visitors can explore the reserve on foot or by bike, and there are a number of trails and paths to follow. The reserve is also a popular spot for birdwatching, with a number of rare and endangered species found here.

Another popular attraction in Frieston is the Frieston Watermill. This historic mill dates back to the 18th century and is one of the few remaining working watermills in the country. Visitors can take a tour of the mill and see how it works, as well as learn about the history of milling in the area. The mill also has a small shop where visitors can buy flour and other products made on site.
