Potters Bar is a town located in the county of Hertfordshire, England. It is situated about 18 miles north of London and has a population of approximately 22,000 people. The town is known for its excellent transport links, with easy access to the M25 motorway and a direct train service to London Kings Cross, making it a popular commuter town.

Potters Bar has a rich history, with evidence of human settlement dating back to the Roman times. The town was originally a small hamlet, but it grew rapidly in the 20th century with the development of new housing estates.
