This Is A Lovely Walk, It's Very Open Although There Are Some Wooded Areas. I Have Never Seen It Crowded Even On A Warm Summer Sunday. Some Of It Is Cow Field So For Those Parts It's Best To Have Your Dog On A Lead Although There Are No Signs Up Urging You To Do This. If You Want To Walk Further You Can Follow The River Stort For Miles, (A Number Of Pubs On Route). Within The Actual Park There Are Some Rolling Hills So I'm Not Sure About Wheel Chair Access. There Is A Railway Track Which Is Not Fenced Off Across The River And Along The Far Edge Of The Park, But You Don't Really Have To Go Anywhere Near This. Park In The Moor Hen Pub Car Park. Walk In The Direction Of The Pub And Just Keep Going, Or Stop At The Pub First! It's Approximately A Four Mile Round Trip If You Only Walk To The Next Pub, The Harlow Mill. Once You Reach The Harlow Mill Cross Over The Road Bridge And Make Your Way Back. You Can Walk Further, The River Has A Path Along Side For Miles Or You Can Cut It Shorter, There Are Several Pedestrian Bridges.
