Wickwar is a small village located in the South Gloucestershire district of Gloucestershire, England. The village is situated on the A420 road, which connects Bristol and Chippenham. The village has a population of around 2,000 people and is known for its beautiful countryside, historic buildings, and friendly community.

One of the most notable landmarks in Wickwar is the St. Bartholomew's Church, which dates back to the 12th century.
