Leaden Roding is a small village located in the county of Essex, England. The village is situated approximately 5 miles north-west of the town of Great Dunmow and is surrounded by beautiful countryside. The village has a population of around 500 people and is known for its historic buildings and picturesque scenery.

One of the most notable buildings in Leaden Roding is the Church of St Michael and All Angels. The church dates back to the 12th century and is a Grade I listed building. The church features a beautiful Norman doorway and a 15th-century tower. Inside the church, visitors can see a number of interesting features, including a 14th-century font and a 17th-century pulpit.

Leaden Roding is also home to a number of other historic buildings, including the Old Rectory, which dates back to the 16th century, and the Manor House, which was built in the 17th century. The village is surrounded by beautiful countryside, with plenty of opportunities for walking and cycling. The nearby Flitch Way is a popular walking and cycling route that runs from Bishop's Stortford to Braintree. This Is A Lovely Walk, It's Very Open Although There Are Some Wooded Areas. I Have Never Seen It Crowded Even On A Warm Summer Sunday. Some Of It Is Cow Field So For Those Parts It's Best To Have Your Dog On A Lead Although There Are No Signs Up Urging You To Do This. If You Want To Walk Further You Can Follow The River Stort For Miles, (A Number Of Pubs On Route). Within The Actual Park There Are Some Rolling Hills So I'm Not Sure About Wheel Chair Access. There Is A Railway Track Which Is Not Fenced Off Across The River And Along The Far Edge Of The Park, But You Don't Really Have To Go Anywhere Near This.
