If You Want To Veer Away From The River There Are Public Foot Paths But Be Aware They End Up Coming Out Onto A Road, Usually Without Pavement. This Is A Lovely Walk, It's Very Open Although There Are Some Wooded Areas. I Have Never Seen It Crowded Even On A Warm Summer Sunday. Some Of It Is Cow Field So For Those Parts It's Best To Have Your Dog On A Lead Although There Are No Signs Up Urging You To Do This. If You Want To Walk Further You Can Follow The River Stort For Miles, (A Number Of Pubs On Route). Within The Actual Park There Are Some Rolling Hills So I'm Not Sure About Wheel Chair Access. There Is A Railway Track Which Is Not Fenced Off Across The River And Along The Far Edge Of The Park, But You Don't Really Have To Go Anywhere Near This.
