Skelton is a small village located in the county of Cumbria, England. It is situated approximately 3 miles east of the town of Penrith and is surrounded by beautiful countryside. The village has a population of around 500 people and is known for its historic buildings, including the 12th-century St. Michael's Church.

One of the main attractions in Skelton is the Skelton Show, which takes place every year on the first Saturday in July. The show is a traditional agricultural event that has been held for over 150 years and features livestock competitions, craft stalls, and entertainment for all ages.
