Tehidy Country Park
Tehidy Is The Largest Area Of Woodland In West Cornwall. It Holds Over 9 Miles Of Paths And 250 Acres Of Woodland And Lakes To Discover. TR14 0EZ 16.38 miles Head Towards The Main Entrance At South Drive, Where There Is A Free Car Park And Café. This Is Clearly Signposted With Brown Signs From The A30 At Tolvaddon.

Watergate Bay
Watergate Bay Is A Two-Mile Stretch Of Golden Sand On The North Cornish Coast, Two Miles From Newquay. A Favourite With Surfers And People Flying Kites (Which Drove My Dog Crazy - Big Multi-Coloured Birds In The Sky!) It Is Dog-Friendly All Year Round. Jame Oliver Has A Restaurant Overlooking The Beach (Probably Not Dog-Friendly, I Don't Know). But The Beach Hut, Which Is Adjacent To The Sand, Is Very Dog-Friendly And Serves Locally Caught Mussels And Very Fine Hamburgers. I Visited In April But I Imagine This Place Gets Mobbed In August.
